Green Lake RV Resort
San Antonio, TX
Today we drove 3 hours west on I-10, about 180 miles to San Antonio. We were originally going to stay at Traveler's World RV Resort but Marilyn found a new park a little further from town that looked really nice, and cost less. Green Lake RV Resort is only 8 months old and it is a very nice resort with all the amenities, pool, lake, rec center, dog park, and even a dog wash. The roads and sites are concrete and very level. They have both pull thru and back in and even over flow parking.

Lots of space to put out all the decorations and grill...and comes with a picnic table.
Our site is a great pull thru with a big "yard" and fantastic location across from the pool, parking, and rec center (see our truck in the back ground, that's the pool in front of it).
We are picking up Marilyn's sister, Marlene, at the airport tomorrow. She will be spending a few days with us as we tour San Antonio, the Alamo, River Walk, and the surrounding area. It should be a great time and I'll be sure to provide an update later in the week.....
